Indian FATA

Good morning, does anyone here know please what is involved in changing companies in India, whilst flying on a FATA. Does the 6 months notice apply to Expats too? Can it be done from within India, or you need to return to home turf? Any assistance, loopholes, tips would be greatly appreciated, needed urgently? Many thanks

I have a friend who is still trying to do what you say after 4 1/2 months.

He has returned home.

Given the current environment i would have to say:

if you want to change for the same type of ac it will take over 6month
if it's for an upgrade you don't have to wait that long but depend of the company and their connections in delhi inccccccccccredible india

Hey VF, I'm thinking things have worked out to the good since your last post here

I have a question for any and all expats flying on FATA in India; is there any limit to how many years you can work on the FATA or extend FATA?

I cannot find anything in the CAR's regarding this..

Thanks,
CSp
