Question Questions on Getting hired from a college student.

Hi, I've been reading around and gathering information on how to build flight time and ways to get hired by airliners and there is something that I can't really get a hold of.

First of all, how can someone with 500 hours on cessna and piper seminol and arrow get hired my an airliners? Most threads on this forums are from highly experienced pilots who have lots of flight time in 320s 777s 737 or so, and I would just really like to know how to go from being a flight instructor or just fresh out of college to getting hired my an airliners.

Second, I'm really interested in flying for KAL and would appreciate any helpful information regarding hires (requirements, how to take the first step into getting hired by KAL with flight instructing time), working environment ( living areas and wages and etc)

I appreciate it and thank you.
