Can someone direct me to somewhere I can read the rule parts for who ever governs thailand aviation? Everything ive been able to dig up is in thai. (funnily enough)
Is there a list with rule parts and stuff? How restricted is the GA flying over there?

Best place to start is probably THAI FLYING CLUB - General Aviation and Sport Flying in Thailand . There is a link there with the aviation law that you have to study to do the conversion.
