Aviation jobs in Japan

Would like to find out from someone working for Japanese airline whether having an accident history is an absolute no no for getting a job or do they just want to know you have taken responsibility and learnt from it? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thankyou Shidenkai

Japan Airlines

You don't tell them; they (the contract companies) don't check. If you say "yes" to having had a dingle I don't think they will look at you.
