Riau Airlines

Hi,
Anyone with info about Riau's plan,what are they upto with the Fokker 50's and the Bae?Are they going to survive?I use to fly that airline when i was in indo.

They're replacing the F50s with ATRs and BAes... I dunno on its progress yet.
The AOC is suspended after the Chief Pilot and OpsDir quit in protest to the CEO's attempts to make the crew do 9 cycle duty days, do flights to airports beyond the aircraft's runway gradient limitations etc...

The CEO resigned but no news about the Chief and OpsDir coming back. Well the CEO did try to bribe the DGAC with $1000 to not have his AOC suspended... LOL... His staff rebelled when they found this out, and went to the shareholders who couldn't sack the CEO in time...

Thanks dud,keep posting us abou riau,it's good they are replacing the F50,they are getting old
