I did the phone interview with Wasinc for Shenzen. It is very straight forward. No surprises. It took about 15 minutes. If I don't land a job in the States soon I'll be going over with them in early October supposedly to do my screening for Deer as well. What are you doing now?

Pure formality. Straight forward. Just be smart and be yourself.

Chinese CAAC Written and Medical

The Chinese Written and Medical are very tough..! Many pilots fail the CAAC written exam. You also have to remove the circle to land restriction (if any) and wait 3 months plus to get your FAA hard copy back to submit to CAAC for verification. The CAAC will not verify a FAA temporary certificate. Starting in October it is a 4 to 5 month process to fly in China.
