Any Flight Ops Jobs in India or China

Fellow expat airmen in Asia. I was wondering if either Indian or Chinese companies ever hire expat Flt. Ops specialist. (director of Ops) or assistant Head of Ops.... or if they are always 'locals'??

I've never been there so have no idea whether to look there or not..

we have locals only - part 91 - 6 jets.

but these guys get peanuts and work long hours - kids mainly

and when i say peanuts i mean peanuts....
