I assume you are asking about as a pilot? It's 33% and most contract figures are given in after tax amounts.
Getting money out of India is very difficult. If you are working for a contractor, it's easy. However, if you are paid directly by the airline, it can be very difficult. Make sure it's spelled out in the contract. Also, make sure it is spelled out as to who pays the fees.

No problem at Spicejet. My check gets wired to my US bank monthly. There is a small fee involved ($8-10 USD). Taxes (33%) are paid by Spicejet and my paycheck is NET. Others have their paychecks sent worldwide. As long as you provide them with a bank name and routing number you should have no problem.
