TRI & TRE Pay Package in Asia
Tried looking it up but none available on record in a single thread. Just wondering what the going rates are around asia and maybe some of you out there would like to share for the benefit of others and easier reference for the future. Many thanks.

Base Salary is in the USD 8500-9500/month for Line Pilot.
TRI/TRE will be about an extra $1000 USD a month.
Other benefits are usually the same.
These are for the B737NG. A/C type (Heavy) will mean more pay usually.

Typically, take a line Captain's pay and add 1,000 USD for a TRI and 2,000 for a TRE. It can be very variable, depends on demand and good TRI/TREs are very hard to find. In the salad days in India 2-3 years ago, some TREs I knew were virtually naming their own salary at 4-5k more than a line Captain, some were working month on/month off, etc. Nice for some, but it was never going to last.
The odd airline I have heard of will only pay per hour extra for hours of instruction.
It's not a bad job when you're with a reputable airline with decent standards, but boy does it suck - and it's simply not worth the money doing it - for a dodgy airline with the Chief Pilots's rich third cousin twice removed squinting at you from the Right Hand seat.
