China Airlines and Eva Air Hiring Mins?

Does anyone know what China Airlines and Eva Air's hiring minimums are for F/O? It says this on the company website:

1. at least 1,500 total flight hours
2. at least 500 hours Turbo-prop
3. ICAO ATPL & Turbo-prop Type-Rating
4. glass cockpit experiences preferably

But how much do you need to get an interview?

They are not hiring expats.

I believe Eva is still conerned with safety so they are still hiring expats. China Airlines is not at this moment.
