Silkair A320 JOB
Silkair is advertising for A320 Captains, I would appreciate some input from Silkair 320 drivers about the conditions. 
Do you get housing and schooling allowance? What is your flight time per month? What about days off? Any other info that might be useful? Thanks in advance.

Yes they do pay housing and education allowance. Days off are guaranteed at 2 per week. Average flying hours are in the 70-90 per month range, depending on rostering - however the aim is for about 70 once sufficient pilots are hired. Currently negotiations are under way for a new package, so the figures quoted in the ad should be improved soon.
