CAAC written

Any tips on how to pass the CAAC written.. Looks a little on the "interesting" side. Thanks.

CAAC ATP written

Done on computer. 70% is passing. Get results immediately. 100 questions. Last 20 questions in Chinese basically with bizarre English translations. Very hard to get any of these correct. The rest are from the FAA test. Use any of the FAA prep courses and if you are getting 90% on those you should have no problem getting a passing score on the Chinese.

Good Luck

For the CPL Commercial and Instrument written, the pass mark is 80% (well, it was last month when I sat for it). There are 100 questions for the Commercial and 80 questions for the Instrument exams and you get about 2.5 hours to do it. Most guys (and girl) in my group only needed about an hour to get through it all.

And yep, they consist of questions plagiarized directly from the FAA with some Chinese questions written in English but translated in such a way that only a Chinese speaking person can understand!

Good luck!

Although this is an older thread, I thought that I would forward an updated link to information concerning CAAC ATP test prep materials:
