Aircraft Hire with Local Pilot

In Manila next week and want to take a look around the skies, since I am a Pilot my self, I am just looking for a Philipino CPL/IR pilot to fly with me so I do not have to validate my license, perhaps a few touch and go's at the international in a Twin or a 206/208.
Any recommendations?
