Hainan Air
Well it is real simple, the word will get out if Hainan Air fails to reimburse applicants for airline tickets to the interview. Hainan will soon have a difficult time finding applicants.
They will end up with a reputation like Korean Air after they failed a group highly qualified group of 777 driversin Dec 2007. Now Korean Air is having a difficult time filling their positions because of the way they treated these pilots. Go figure they never learn...............
