Still no smilie to show huge, unlimited mirth at a posting. 
Oh well, such is life.
Safety in Japan is a concept to be much voiced and discussed - however action to actually achieve anything above "voicing and discussing" must be viewed with great concern and even greater (could it be possible??) further "voice and discussion" until such a time as the topic dies an unnatural death!
Interesting concept.
