There are at least four to five serious and aggressive buyers who are interested to invest in PanAm. However, buying such large business requires time and effort. It will take at least 3 to 6 months to complete.This is why we are asking the potential investors to come up with a bridge loan ranging from US$5 to 10 million. All the potential buyers understand that PanAm needs cash urgently and they are willing to come up with a bridge loan.

But I really pity the students. Imagine having to wait f****en 6 months just to do one VFR nav only for it to be canceled because f****en ATC decides to cancel the flight because of CB's that don't exist. What a f****en joke General Aviation is in China.

Something is brewing for the 25th... but something very simply. I'm afraid to disappoint you. The formula is trivial: "no pay - no work". Butt can look for some Chinese sweat-shop morons to work for months in hopes for a salary that may never come. I know it's a normal practice in China but we ain't Chinese, bro. Expect mass resignations across the board of instructors and good-byes. Last dinner at JiGaos, last drink at the Hollywood Bar, last bathhouse session at DaJienLu. Nothing too dramatic.

I cant believe after Butt and his buddies failed miserably with more than 100 promises, they are still trying to uphold law and order in the company. Big instructor meeting happening as this is being written. 3 instructors from Wuhai turned in their resignations.
Couple of demands:
1. All back pay received immediately.
2. Butt is removed from Panam.
These conditions are not met, everyone resigns.
Stay tuned for the results of this meeting. We'll see how many more lies everyone believes.

What Happened?!!!
Lets me put it this way; we were asked to continuing singing while the Titanic (PANAM) sank to the ocean floor.
We were asked to hold on just a bit longer. They have until the 31st of October to pay up. If they do they have until Nov. 30 to have an investment. If none of these dates are met we are free to go.....broke that is!!!!!
