Endorsement on Indian CPL

I am an Indian national and hold a Valid Indian CPL with Instrument Ratings and Multi-Engine Ratings.
I also have a valid medical with FRTO license.

At present I am hired as a F/O with an ICAO contracting state on the A-320. This state recognised my Indian License and gave me a local license based on my Indian CPL.

I have copies of my Type-Rating and A-320 endorsement training.

What is the procedure for me to get the A-320 rating endorsed on my Indian CPL. I have a total of 1200 hours with 800 on the A-320.

Reason is because incase my contract is not renewed I can apply with an endorsed license and it might make my chances of being absorbed faster/easier in the coming 4-5 years.

Please Advise.

Many thanks...

can be done when qualified indian TRE cirtifies your IR/LR checks......may be little more ground work you will have to do in india.
in any case keep your log and IR/LR reports when you join indian company.(it may not be required)
basically indian company who gives you the job will be doing every thing for you.
enjoy flying.

Thumbs up Endorsing a Rating

Get Set Go

Thank you for your reply.

Could you please elaborate.

'can be done when qualified indian TRE cirtifies your IR/LR checks'- Does this mean that I will have to do a check in a simulator in India.

I have my latest LPC/OPC check report. Will that suffice when I give my papers to DGCA along with my latest medical. The thing is that my CPL is lapsing soon and I dont want to spend 20,000rupees unnecessarily to do my Day/Night/IR renewal on the piston engine and the boarding and lodging for 4 days.

I would like to know if the DGCA will accept my Hours on the A-320 outside india towards my being recurrent; India has the A-320 aircraft and DGCA only endorses airplanes that are registered in India.

I am hoping that they should endorse the A-320 papers on my CPL because I have all valid papers and my latest check . Just wanted to know if you or anyone who knew the actual procedure could let me know so I could plan my trip home accordingly.

Thank you so much for your time.

Mav.

endorsement

basically least you need
1. medical @ dgca india
2. simsession or line check with dgca cirtified TRE.(DGCA ON BOARD)
3. INDIAN LICENCE (from dgca of india)
4. oral with dgca (may be there )
on your own if you try to do very very hard
if some company/flying school does it ,easier( they are approved operators less difficult)
