a little help from my kuya kapitans out there..

Hi, anyone kind enough to give some tips on starting a career on piloting here in the Philippines..
Ill start from here... I知 a 21yr old boy who only has 230hrs of total time with single engine and a bit of twin engine time. I知 still working on my IR though.. I am really baffled what to do next and how to build on hours without spending. Is there any job here in Philippines(manila) that meets my hours? Going for FI is the only job that I know, is there anything else? Any tips for me? I really wanted to succeed like you guys... ill eagerly wait for some replies.
