Caravan ops for low hour pilots

Hi,

Are there many caravan operators in the region who hire low hour pilots (250-500TT) with ICAO CPL/SE/IR (before local conversions)?

Not until you have about 1500 hours and some hours on type the chances are very smalllllllll,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,sorry to say that.
