Krabi Airways?

Just returned to cold old London following a two week holiday in Krabi, where a local expat assured me a start-up carrier going by the name of 'Krabi Airways' is imminent. The local belief is that direct services from KBV to Europe, bypassing Bangkok will be the main routes. Anybody else heard that one? If it's true, any ideas as to equipment?

I heard a rumour that there'll be a 777/A330 operation.
