I keep an eye on the Japan contract scene and happened across this article which I had not seen mentioned before.
Not endorsing it as I am not aware of the credibility of it but sure makes an interesting read.

A story that needs more exposure!!
In Japan the position of women is changing rapidly and for the better, but the archaic Japanese CAA aren't catching on.
As for the discrimination against blacks..not new in Japan but perhaps someone from HACS might care to reply?
