Instructor T&Cs at Clark Aviation

Does anybody here know what the Ts and Cs at the above company are like for an instructor? Pay, time off, accommodation, lifestyle in general?

Also, how long approximately before stepping up to the simulator? Does this mean that they give you a type rating too, or is the whole situation just a giant carrot dangled out there to attract instructors?

Any info appreciated.

Thanks.

Why not ask them directly? The people there seemed like likeable chaps. A friend of mine was accomodated an interview by these guys even though he came in late in the afternoon and had no appointment. Came out well enough, leaving a good impression for both parties concerned.
