Which License is Easiest To Convert to Malaysian License?

I am aware of the 35 hours twin you need to fly when U return to Malaysia, but what license is easiest to Convert to a Malaysian One

A JAA-License or a CASA One?

I always thought a JAA one from the UK would be easier but as I mentioned in a previous post, I heard that the DCA will no longer be following the UK CAA Licensing System, which I still dont know much about

Any info is much appreciated

Thanks
