If u r refering to SG guys.. those guys come to Massey and finish the degree and apply as a 'cadet' and if they make it they will skip 2 phases becuz they done it in massey and jump into jet.. massey has no influences on SIA descision
however....If i am right few yrs ago indonesian airlines garuda took few graduates from massey(which were not indonesian guys) and used them as FO or SO for 1 year or so.. in the jet becuz Massey used to train airlines cadets from china and indonesia.. not anymore thou..
