Anybody familiar with IPA?

"IPA is a wholesale air transportation provider working directly with government agencies, corporations, travel agencies, wholesale tour operators, cargo consolidators and freight forwarders. IPA has the flexibility to fly to any destination at the time set by the charterer and specializes in Special Purpose Charters requiring the entire aircraft.

IPA flies the Asian Regional routes with Boeing 737-300 Passenger Aircraft and these will be supplemented shortly with SAAB 2000 aircraft to extend international passenger flights into Baguio, Boracay, Palawan and Cebu, Philippines."
