Training at JetAirways/Spice/Kingfisher
What are the training requirements when you join any of these airlines?
Is there a ground school that covers company procedures (Indoc) followed by systems review and then simulator training?
After the Sim check do you have line training before being released?
What are the sim checks like? Are they the same as a FAR 135/121
PIC check. Are they like a PC or PT? (train to proficiency?).
As a contractor if you get someone like WB for a check and "fail" what recourse do you have? Just pack up and leave?

hi,its all standard stuff in jet they expect you to be on the ball but since the need is large everyone is helpful.a regulatory paper is to be given not tough but still needs to be done. young instructors and examiners all know what they are talking about.no problem in the sim even if you screw up all chances given, but not on line during route checks.you will have to do a technical course and test again well taught so its easy.go for it
