No effect? then why deal with it? why don't you read your Post again. Didn't you say? " I just want to get some opinions on HOW to deal with this Rift......"

Then, why do you have to react that way?.... when at the end of your Post YOU even said," Thanks for any response from the Community"..MINE was a QUESTION and clearly a response from the community. WHY respond with such exclamatory points???

How can you find answers when you Yourself is too sensitive taking OPINIONS from the COMMUNITY? Think about it.

And Don't fool Us, you're never a Newbie....your new callsign might.

wawangdodo,

Who's circulating wrong information and what's the information about? PAL management or the pilots? Who do you believe more? Are you from the management or the pilot side or neutral?

Wawangdodo, with all due respect to you, I don't think this is the place for you to be looking for solutions in these rifts. I also don't think any one man can fathom the complexities of it's cause. These are resolved by representatives of each side of the table where they will sit down behind closed doors and try to come up with a compromise so both sides will come out as winners. I said compromise as it cannot be a one-sided deal. You'll lose some and win some. But these people must be willing to give and take within reason of course.
Also, I have encountered a person in PAL that make their decisions without good explanation as to why they came up with it. Disregarding how the other person might feel. For some reason, their communication skills are not the best. It is an attitude of "I should not explain myself to you or I just don't care".... It's a very bad Filipino trait. Unfortunately, this will not work in the real world and it will just create divisions and tensions.
I have been on a management role here where I work and I have often found that the ability to tactfully handle people is not an easy task.
Not unless management explains their side clearly and concisely basing their explanations on fair and substantiated grounds why they make such decisions, there will always be a problem and the dragon will show it's ugly head.
Goodluck to everyone

Maybe one or two, or three or four, but I believe that majority of us here who dared to venture outside are just as happy as can be.

Approx $9K/mo salary, free educ for kids, good lifestyle, opportunities for travel, secure and stable job, uhm, what else? It depends on your concept of happiness, but if these things can't make you happy, then I don't know what else can.

Tulong lang samin para mag decide kami..............
Better decide now before it's too late. Put the internet into good use, and you'll find that there's a whole new world out there. Remember that great oppotunities are only for the taking by those who have the determination to face new challenges. Be firm and be wise with your decisions.

Don't believe too much on what others say. But rather believe on what your heart says. Search deep, look ahead. And if you get the chance of flying on a clear day after reading this post, I want you to take a long look at the great horizon outside, and you will find the answers to your questions.

Goodluck!

I completely agree

For me...
If one is sick&tired in dealing with the same stuff...then it's time to leave and look for a happier place.
If one is contented...then I don't find any reason why to go and look for a better one.

Goodluck to all of us who are in pursuit of OUR OWN happiness
