Indian FBO's
Our company is operating a Metro III, from Australia to London in 2007 on an extended tourist Air Cruise. Having searched the Internet I find the locating of a reliable and suitable FBO is impossible. It seems most of the sites offer services but in reality are just one person business's that feed off real companies.
Can any one who regularly flies thru the India suggest reputiable handling agents for the following Indian Ports
1. Calcutta
2. Varanasi
3. Agra
We also need a handling agent in Karachi.
For those aviation buffs the route awe will be doing is
Darwin/Mataram/Yogjakarat/Singapore/Bangkok/Rangoon/Mandalay/Calcutta/Varanasi/Agra/Karachi/Muscat/Sharjah/Riyadh/Jeddah/Luxor/Cairo/Alexandria/Crete/Malta/Cannes/Paris/London (then reversed to come home).

Hei,
Unfortunately there are no FBO as such yet in India.
You could contact the state run Indian or Air India (soon to be merged I believe) who do handling for foreign customers would be the easiest.
I do not have Tel Nos. sorry but ma be other prruners might help or contact the Indian (airlines) office in Sydney and they might be able to pt u on to someone.
Can't help with Karachi
Regards

Not sure if you've already had a look at Cambata Aviation in India. They've been around for many years and are well reputed.

Hope this helps!
