Bussy traffic

I think this not about language or R/T call.....
This about habbit that they used to have on the homebase airspace.
I fly to UAE airspace around 3-4 times a week. I work for the airline based next to the india country. I come from non-english language country. Sometime i also hear R/T call from european based airline or the english sound pilot also taking lot of time in R/T.
So if we're not flying routine to some area maybe the adjustment of the "busy" traffic of U.A.E. (especially now at dxb runway close at 0700-0740 and 1200-1240) make the ATC and the pilot also stressed out due to many aircraft on holding, or on the sequence landing some time make the medium weight aircraft behind the "heavy" got a "chai (tea) turn to be a milk shake" before landing.
So keep your proffesionalism and thanks not put me into hold for a long time and acommodate for vector two days back........

PS: since DXB a very busy airport, is is possible to have a clearance delivery frequency so we don't have to wait to long waiting for a sequence asking for clearance

cheers

ATC clearances in DXB are spoken out very fast and heavily accented, they almost everytime need re-confirmation.
What stops you from just saying "confirmed".
Asking for confirmation is correct R/T proceedure when in doubt.
