Hi,
Anyone have any recruitment info on RMAF ? Like age, quota and education qualification. How's the training like, and what is the prospect and process to become their fighter pilot ?

you can find a lot of information at maf.mod.gov.my . from what i've heard,the top of the crop (top 3) goes to the fighters..the remaining 4 or 5 goes to copters,and the rest flies transport A/Cs like the C130..the last time(2-3 years back) i saw their recruitment ad,they want people with PERFECT eyesight..

Thanks alot, my eyesight are near but not perfect. Sigh*
And i've heard that there's only 2% of non-malay in the airforce. Is that quota or the lack of interest among them ?

i'd say it's both ways..the non-malays especially the chinese would most likely be put off by the relatively low salaries in the military..but money isn't everything
