the sandiwara has begun. expectations have been raised.those who wants to leave will not be allowed to do so.those who do not want to leave will be forced to do so at a lower cost later. find out from those companies
that has conducted vss/mss. morale of the staff surely will be affected.

this GLC (Governmen Looted Company) in a monopoly situation cannot be profitable. in a duopoly situation definately not profitable. now wants to be profitable in a world market with so many competitors?

Malaysia Airline will start to lose some of their experience pilots soon. Any airline intrested? MAS are paying their pilots to leave the company. In few month when their A380 arrive, they will have shortage again. The cycle is going to start again.

don't worry i'm certain they have taken the arrival of the A380 into consideration and would reject excess applications of the MSS from the pilots..
