Go Air India

Does anyone have information about flying for Go Air in India? (http://www.goair.in/)

I've been contacted for an A320 DEC postition by a crew leasing service, but don't really know too much about the company, T&C's, work quality, etc. The pay appears to be about the same as any other India contract for this seat (TRE $9500, TRI $9000, Line pilots $8000) but I haven't received all the particulars yet. I'd be going over as a Line pilot. In the US we don't have TRE and TRI endorsements. While on that subject, how does one become a TRE/TRI/LTC and are these ratings added to your pilot certificate?

Thanks for anything anyone can share.
