Just got an e-mail, to set up a date for a phone pre-interview with CAL.
Did any of you already had that in the past?
What are the questions? What are they want to hear?

HI,
did the interview (phone) a couple of months ago. Mostly seemed like checking your details and history, a few standard type questions about yourre pros and cons and the like.
Nothing to stressful or difficult and no real technical questions.
That was it.
