A-net
Any of you guys on the A-net Dash 8 contract like to share some info on the type rating.
I'm holding a JAR ATPL but no Dash 8 rating and wonder if there is anyone who got the Q400 in their JAR licence? Any chance of getting a JAA checkman to tag along while doing the JCAB checkride?
Many thanks for the help.

JAA/JCAB
Not sure how this would be arranged. Having a JCAB checker and a JAA checker in the same checkride.
Who would decide what profile you would fly?
If you fail one ride, do you then fail the other?
I'd try and arrange for a ride the following day (yes, expect to pay for it - don't expect it to be free) for your JAA type.
Good luck

Jet,
That was my plan. All depends on if the TRTO has any JAA checkmen and are willing to ($$) and if my own CAA will accept that TRTO and respective checkman.
Worth a shot anyway
