Not being an expert in the specific topic, but:
Isn't the type in your licence "B737 300-900"?
So I don't see any need for an "conversion". What you might do is a "difference training", which is done during 2hrs of sim training and a check flight (as it is done in our company), really no big stuff.
On a self-sponsered basis I would suggest to make some phonecalls to TRTOs, wherever you life.
N1
PS: Just in case you're reffering to the -100/200s, it's different case, of course... But then we should discuss the "Original"-737s, not the "Classics".

Jurassics, Classics different TR's (although they both say simply "B737" on an FAA licence), NG/BBJ is a difference course, although it can be done from scratch.
God knows why you want to convert the opposite way most of us do.
PS. I could be wrong but I believe there are no -100's still in service, or even airworthy.

FAA/JAA...
It depends what youre looking for.
If its JAA, check out: http://www.jaa.nl/licensing/classtyperatings.html.
There the 300-500 and 600-900 are on the same rating.
Greets!

GOODWILL congratulation you are very honest, there are few Serbian who never flown NG's before, can get Instructor Rating right away in Air Sahara while you going the opposite way
