Flt Inst & Grd Inst willing to work in India?

A new world class FTO comming up near Mumbai BOM, will FI's & Ground Inst. be willing to work on xpat terms?

Any help cheers.

Well.......all depends on the terms & conditions. I might give it a shot, but then, don`t like Mumbai at all. Too crowded & congested. If the money was really good, may be........!!!

Is money ever good for flt inst????? Where is near Mumbai??? GOA or PUNE..Looks good for Aussi & Kiwi inst to build time.

My guess is that this is Kingfisher's FTO. They have been talking about starting one up near Mumbai. If this assumption is correct, good for them....I wish them well!

There used to be another airfield at Mumbai, it was not in use much but was an active RAF station during WW2. It is closer to the coast than the main airport but I can't, for the life of me, remember it's name!

thats right Blue, Juhu air strip, almost unused now, only off shore oil heli ops.

BOM airport will not allow training ops from there as it 2 Nm from BOM intl.

Are you talking about the flying club in Juhu by any chance?

I heard thats the only place where one could pursue a PPL in bombay?
