Are these people there?
I have tried to ring them on several occasions to make a licensing enquiry, and everytime I ring, I get put on hold for around 10-15 minutes, and although helpful, they say
"Sorry Sir Mr or Capt so and so is not in"......every single time
Not being in occasionally I understand, but nearly everyday?
Its just so hard to get hold of them
