KAL Per Diem/Overtime?
Can anyone currently with KAL on 744 advise what the average monthly per diem is over there? And how often do you get into the overtime? Is there some semblance of equity in the roster or is there a large disparity between rosters of locals & expats? Has the company generally paid end of year bonuses, if so how much? Does the anti-expat feeling still run high in KAL (heard it was quite bad some time ago)? Appreciate the info.
