Smile 2nd interview

Guys was just wondering what the format for the second session with Singapore airlines is like (Cadet Pilot). I know we have the psychomotor and Iq tests. But what about the group dynamics session. From what I heard last from a friend who did it last year, we would be asked to design an aerodrome? Is this still valid? Would be much appreciated if the guys who have just recently passed through the 3rd interview shed some light on this. Thanks.

For me, it's is a design for an aerodrome. You will be divided into separate groups. Information regarding the aerodrome will be given. Everyone in the group will design his/her own aerodrome then present it before his group.

Then, the group will need to consolidate their ideas and come out with the best possible design. Small pieces of info will be given to each and everyone of you intermittently ... you can choose to incorporate it into your own design or totally ignore it ... what do you think?

Then build a model of something .... i dunno what they want ... maybe a control tower or something ...

You will definitely get to be leader of the group in certain stages of the whole exercise. Then everyone will appraise the group members including himself.

Some other examiners might want you to design an aircraft ... hahaha ... see if you are lucky or unlucky ...
