Application

Hi everyone!

I would like to know whether I am qualified to apply and be selected as a cadet pilot for SIA.

I'm 19, Malaysian and my A levels results are AAA for maths , physics and chemistry. I'm a Student pilot licence holder and currently finishing my PPL training in my local flying club.

From what I heard, almost all of the new batch of Cadet pilots that were selected are degree holders ( Engineering, Business, PR, etc ) and most of them are 24 years old and above. Does this mean I would have no chance at all of being selected? ...

what are your opinion guys? i need some help here..... anyone?

cheers!

middlekingdom,

u r qualified enuf to apply to the SIA cadet pilot program. i have known a few malaysian guys, 18-20 yrs old, who have made it through with just a basic A level qualification. I personally feel u have the correct age to start off. all the best to u,
cheers,
