Tigerwood,

Yes, those left had made an impact on the current MOU negotiation. We do pay tribute to them in another forum. None of us called them 'traitors' except the toad himself. Ironically, the toad jumped from airforce many years ago perhaps it was also for the money. That means he actually called himself traitor during a meeting with the pilots.

25/60 will not stop the exodus! Those who want to leave will continue to leave. 2~3 years ago pilots leave for money, nowadays is because fed up with the whole package and how we are being treated. Those who say 25/60 will hold them back are the people who have no intention to leave in the first place. Some airline actually had up their offer to maintain the pull factor in anticipation of 25/60 to come through. As long as MAS management refuse to face the truth, the exodus will continue.

You are right to say those left have done us proud. Many are now holding management post in these airlines. Some are even head hunted for the job. Interestingly even A330 FOs are booked up for AAsia A320 captains positions, needless to talk about commanders.

Cheers.
