Forever?

Why would anyone want to apply for MAS other than cadetship is beyond my understanding.

MAS will not give you a reply unless they are interested in your application. No courtesy letter from them to say that applcation is in progress. So theoretically you could wait forever unless they are interested. Hallmarks of a poorly run company..

To be fair, the vast majority of Malaysian companies won't bother with replying an initial application, either.

From what I've seen the time between application --> psychomotor varies wildly from a few weeks to months.

Psychomotor --> MISPA, 1-2months

MISPA --> Interview, 1.5-2.5months

Interview --> Medical ... don't know ;o)

Hi,

Heard they've speeded up things now.Looks like MAS is desperate for cadets now.....

This is what I went through:
Psychomotor --> MISPA, 2 weeks,got my psychomotor result on the spot.

MISPA --> Interview, 2 months

Interview --> Medical ...Hmm...not sure bout this but from some dudes that i know,it's usually within 1 month.

Cool

MT,

Expat allowance for cadet pilot?

Am I missing out on something here?

MAS will never take non-Malaysian for their cadet pilot program.
