Sorry to hear that you didn't make it. However, you shouldn't give up if flying is really your passion. As aforementioned above, many people couldn't make it through until their x'th attempt. Just keep on trying til' you make it. I know that what airline companies really need now are determined, passionate pilots (Regardless of gender) to fly for them. Prove that you're one of them! Just don't give up.Even I have failed twice,1st in the psychomotor and 2nd in the MISPA,and I'm proud to say that I'm going to go for it again no matter what.It's just how far you're willing to go.Trust me go all out if you have the strong passion.Just don't give up.

Failed MISPA
Hey,
Does anybody know what MAS' policy is on candidates who've previously failed MISPA. Any real life examples?
I've been told that you are eligible to retake the psychomotor test after 1 year.

I'm 18 this year,,waiting 4 my spm results.I'm really interested in aviation and wanted to be a pilot.Can anyone here tell me something about the psychomotor/aptitude test?? or your experience during the test??

ladies.....i dont think they will take in female. we're talking about MAS right. i mean...i dont wasste my time applying there(and yes...im a female). i think they already have 10 of my resumes. and maybe half in the trash can. so...on...i apply to AK and TH. going for my interview with ak on the 2nd. TH...sucess. but we'll see....whichever comes first.

Did you apply for AK's cadet program? I didn't know they were hiring. Did you send in your resume anyway?
