Orient Thai MD80 Jobs

I see that Orient Thai is again advertising for MD80 crews ( as of June 7th ). Would anyone know if this is due to expansion, turnover, or OT's inability to find crews with MD80 experience for the money being offered ?

Any info on this situation would be appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe none of the above. The original recruitment may have been for an anticipated delivery that never occurred. I think the plane is "on the ramp" now and will be ready for revenue flights once registered/certified by the Thai authorities. I believe it will be the first MD-80 on the Thai register, so maybe that's the reason it's taken a little longer for the formalities.
