If you havnt allready try contacting Thaiflying club At Bang Phra near Pattaya. From memory www,thaiflyingclub.com
They certainly had R22's there,

But, with respect, why on earth would you choose to learn to fly helicopters in Thailand? I take it that Thai is not your first language. Believe me the training is challenging enough in English.
