Hi Guys,

Another question sorry. Above it mentions that you are allowed to use a calculator in the Cathay Dragon initial A Numeracy test? Can anyone confirm if this is correct?
Seems strange that they would allow calculators in Cathay Dragon but not Cathay Pacific?

Thanks

Idk about KA, but CX allows you to use calculator today. (calculator provided by cx and it isn't with much function)

How long did you guys take to get an invitation from Cathay Dragon after you have submitted your application form?

Has any non-local gotten an invite for Stage 2? If so, did CX condense the schedule for Stage 2, english test, and medical? Or is it spread over 2-3 weeks as well?

I hope they will condense it for the overseas applicants given all the travel and cost that involved

Hi All! just wondering does anyone know what kind of score that you could achieve on the cut-e practice to get you through 1A?

I heard that CX and KA has merged into 1 and you can only apply for 1 of them. How true is this ?

fraserkwok 8th Mar 2018 02:16

Just make sure you can do medium or hard and be at least average on the global scores and you'll be fine. The CX cut-e is easier for the most part as well.

Thank you for your answer. Do you know is there anywhere that I could find the benchmark of the global scores tho? Thank you very much!

Hey mate, heard anything about your stage 2? Also wondering the difficulties of the maths is it more between easy or hard level like those on the latest pilot. com or even more difficult? I am pretty good at aviation maths but not the conversion stuff.
