Vision Requirements at CX
Does anybody know what is Cathay's uncorrected minimum vision requirments? I know i'ts not like in the U.S that as long as you can correct it to 20 /20 your'e fine.
I have my first interview for s/o next month.
MY left eye is -3.25 and my right eye is -2.75.
Does anybody know if the ortho-k procedure(retainer lenses) is a good way to get by the eye examination?
I appreciate any kind of info on the matter.
Thanks

Guys, don't do ortho-k. It won't get you anywhere and if they find out, you can kiss your chances goodbye.
The requirements now is actually a bit more relaxed than before, with your correction, provided that your eyes are generally healthy, you should have no problems passing the visual requirements.
Remember, don't risk any eye surgeries (or ortho-k), they know about it, and the tests are very stringent on the eyes.
