Post Middle Eastern flight academy recommendations

I am a foreign student who just completed my A levels and are now thinking heading to Dubai to either join EFTA or T3/Air Arabia flight training academy. I've had detailed inspections on Air Arabia flight academy with my relatives before, it has claimed to provide a 2 years training course for MPL license training, and strictly follows a 3 years working contract rule to help you to gain the 1500 flight hours you need to become a first officer, however I've heard that it is not possible to convert MPL licenses into other forms of credentials, and plus I have not yet consulted EFTA yet, therefore I want to ask you guys which one should I pick.

I really love flying, it is my dream job to become an Emirates pilot one day, however it's been a really hard time for me and my family to chose an academy that's viable for us, hence I am here to gather opinions from all the experienced pilots, I will be really grateful if you can help me out.
