Working process as a pilot in vietnam

Could you please explain process of working as a pilot in vietnam after get a job such as license , life or upgrade to pic? Thank you

I did some research into this albeit on the rotary side of things. But from what I could find, there isn't much of an aviation field (once again from the rotary side of things) as one would expect. Hopefully someone can come along and provide a more insightful answer into this though.
