Are you a Student Pilot in the PH

Hello to all the student pilots in the PH.

First off i'm not a student pilot but have been an airline pilot for the past 33 years and Capt 380.

That being said i'm just trying to get some information on how the experience has been for students in the PH. I see that there are a lot of other nationalities going there for training.

What im interested in is the cost on training in the PH vs USA, the ease of getting a PH CPL or ATPL and then converting it to other licenses. And how are you time building, if that is even a thing now with Multi crew license. ?

In the end im considering to offer a few Cessnas to sell block hours for time building or training.

thanks all
